Foreign Hands

From Wilmington

About

Foreign Hands have been quietly carrying the torch for late 90s and early 2000s metalcore since forming in Wilmington, Delaware in 2009. Their sound pulls heavily from that era's heavy yet melodic playbook, drawing comparisons to Poison the Well, Hopesfall, Misery Signals, and 7 Angels 7 Plagues. The five piece lineup of Tyler Norris, Jack Beatson, Gill Gonzalez, Chuck Minix, and Tyler Washington has been grinding away at their craft for well over a decade. The band built their catalog steadily, starting with the debut album No Funeral For The Spirit in 2016 and stacking up EPs through the years, including Bleed the Dream and Lucid Noise, both dropped in 2022, the latter through SharpTone Records. Their second full length, What's Left Unsaid, arrived in June 2024. Front man Tyler Norris also fronts the Washington D.C. metalcore outfit Wristmeetrazor, keeping things busy on multiple fronts.
