In The Woods is a non profit concert series held at Dorpshuis de Furs, programming around 25 performances per year focused on roots music performed with authenticity and minimal production. The initiative was created to provide a dedicated space for roots musicians and fans in the Netherlands, where artists receive guaranteed payment regardless of attendance. Visitor contributions fund both the performers and the logistics needed to stage concerts.
