J C Goeroe is an open youth centre in Schoonebeek founded in 1968, operating as an independent foundation since 1997. It serves young people aged 14 and up with a focus on music activities including performances by alternative bands and DJs, as well as competitions for emerging musicians. The venue also hosts educational and cultural events such as film nights and cabaret.
