About
Also known as: Jennifer Abigail Juárez Vázquez, Jenny Juárez
Bratty is the project of Jennifer Abigail Juárez Vázquez, a singer songwriter out of Culiacán, Sinaloa, who built a following in the Mexican indie scene before signing with Universal Music México in 2020. Her collaborative single with Ed Maverick, "Ropa de bazar", is the clearest sign of her crossover reach, racking up over forty million streams and earning a quadruple platinum certification in Mexico. That kind of traction for an indie artist from Sinaloa is no small thing. Her second album, "tdbn (todo bien)", pulled in collaborators like Carlos Sadness and Santiago Casillas of Little Jesus, showing a knack for finding the right voices to share a track with. She has played Vive Latino, appeared at Festival Brillante in Spain, and in 2023 made her Coachella debut, a milestone that put her firmly on the map as one of the first Mexican indie female artists to break through commercially.
