Danny Cudd is one half of Hang Massive, the world and ambient music duo he formed with Markus Offbeat after the two met in 2010. Together they became pioneers in bringing the Hang to a wide audience, a relatively new percussion instrument with a distinctly meditative, otherworldly sound. Their 2011 YouTube upload of 'Once Again' became a breakout moment, pulling in over 49 million views and cementing them as the defining act for the instrument. The duo has put out a solid body of work, including the studio album Distant Light in 2016 and Luminous Emptiness in 2018, alongside two live albums. Their music ranges from purely Hang focused pieces to collaborations with other musicians and vocalists. They have toured across Europe, Russia and Australia, and more recently released a live concert film from Goa and an official video for 'End of Sky'.
