Ariana Grande moves three Eternal Sunshine Tour shows for safety reasons

Three Ariana Grande concerts in Brooklyn and Boston have been rescheduled due to production issues that compromised safety.
Ariana Grande has had to reschedule three shows on her ongoing Eternal Sunshine Tour after production issues created safety risks. The singer shared the news on Monday through Instagram Stories, where she also apologized to her fans. The exact nature of the problems has not been specified.
The affected shows are her concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, which moves from July 12 to July 14, and her two shows at TD Garden in Boston, originally scheduled for July 22 and 24, which will now take place on July 23 and 26 respectively. All existing tickets remain valid for the new dates, and ticket holders will be contacted directly with further details.
In her message to fans, Grande wrote: "We are so sorry for these unfortunate scheduling changes. This was our best and safest option as these challenges with production have come to our attention." She added: "The utmost important thing to us all is safety, first and foremost, and also making sure you all see the show how it is intended to run. Thank you so much for your understanding and I cannot wait to see you."
The Eternal Sunshine Tour kicked off earlier this month in Oakland, California, and is Grande's first major headlining tour since the Sweetener World Tour in 2019. The tour supports her seventh studio album Eternal Sunshine, which came out in 2024 and debuted straight at number one on the Billboard 200. The album produced two number one singles on the Billboard Hot 100: "yes, and?" and "we can't be friends (wait for your love)". The setlist combines material from Eternal Sunshine with songs from earlier albums including Positions, Dangerous Woman, My Everything, and thank u, next.
On top of the tour, Grande also has new music on the way: her eighth studio album Petal is set to arrive on July 31. The lead single "Hate That I Made You Love Me" recently reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100, making it her tenth chart topper on that list. The three rescheduled shows are the only changes to the tour itinerary so far, with the North American leg set to be followed by international stops.
