Frequently asked questions
- What is in my newsletter?
- Only shows announced since your previous newsletter at the venues, by the artists and in the cities you pick. No repeats from last week. If nothing is new, we send nothing.
- How often will I get it?
- You choose: daily, weekly or every other week. You can change it at any time.
- Can I get only certain genres?
- Yes. With the genre filter you only get shows in the genres you choose at your venues and cities, for example only hip-hop and rock. The genre comes from all performing artists. Artists you pick yourself always come through, whatever the genre.
- Is it free? Do I need an account?
- It is free and you do not need an account: a confirmed email address is enough. With an account your likes can count automatically.
- How do I unsubscribe?
- Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and your mail app has an unsubscribe button. One click is enough.
