Photo terms
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms apply when you send concert photos to Tourspider. By ticking the box you agree to them and declare what is stated below. You do this once; it covers all your photos until we change these terms.
This is a draft pending legal review.
What you declare
By sending photos you declare that:
- you took the photo yourself and hold all rights to it;
- you were at the concert you add the photo to;
- Tourspider may use the photo as described below;
- nobody recognisable in it would object, and it shows no nudity and no children in a private setting.
Your photo, your rights
Only send photos you took yourself, at a concert you attended. You remain the owner of your photo. Don't send other people's photos, press photos, screenshots or watermarked photos.
What you allow us to do
You give Tourspider (HighPost) a non-exclusive, free-of-charge permission to show your photo on tourspider.nl and tourspider.com (with the concert and the artist, including as a preview or share image), and to use it in our newsletter and on our social media. We may resize and crop your photo for display, but not otherwise edit it.
If you are signed in, we show your username with your photo. Without an account we show the name you give, or "Visitor" if you leave it empty.
People in your photo
Make sure nobody recognisable in the picture would object. Do not send photos with nudity, violence or children in a private setting, or photos with readable personal details (such as a ticket, card or licence plate).
Review and removal
We look at every photo before it becomes visible and may refuse a photo, or remove it later, without giving a reason. If we reject a photo, we tell you why.
Want a photo of yours removed, or are you in a photo and do not want to be? Contact us and we will take it off the site as soon as possible. We cannot recall what was already in a newsletter or earlier post.
What we record
To be able to show that you agreed, we keep with your agreement your account or email address, the name you chose, the version of these terms, the time, your IP address and your browser. See the privacy policy for how long.
Abuse
We limit how many photos you can send and block abuse. Photos that may be illegal are deleted immediately and reported to the competent authorities.
