About
Billie's Bar opened in summer 2016 next to the North Sea Jazz Club in Amsterdam, named after jazz singer Billie Holiday. The restaurant serves Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine alongside cocktails, and features live jazz performances including vocal standards and instrumental combos. The venue's musical programming centers on jazz vocalist Brenda Frans.
