Kasteel Heeswijk is a monumental castle in the wooded Brabant region, reflecting nearly a thousand years of local elite history and culture. The castle received its current appearance around 1835 under André baron van den Bogaerde van Terbrugge, who was Governor of the King in Brabant at the time. The estate stands prominently in its natural landscape as a significant historical structure.
