About
M Lab is a laboratory for musical theatre established in 2007 with support from the VandenEnde Foundation and the City of Amsterdam. It develops new Dutch musical theatre repertoire and produces both reimagined existing musicals and newly created works that commercial producers typically avoid, following the model of London's Donmar Warehouse. The venue also hosts performances from music education programmes, readings, workshops and masterclasses.
