Nieuw & Diep is a jazz venue in Den Helder founded in 2002 to revive jazz programming in the city. It continues the legacy of the earlier venue Galerie 33, which operated under the foundation "Nat en Diep" and hosted performances by musicians including Rinus Groeneveld, Mischa Mengelberg and Han Bennink. The venue focuses on jazz and improvised music.
