About
ORKZbar is the house bar of ORKZ, a legalized squatter community of around 250 residents in southern Groningen, located in a former hospital kitchen. Run by volunteers from the building, the bar hosts regular underground concerts featuring diverse genres from punk and rockabilly to industrial and noise, with bands traveling from across Europe and beyond. The venue also hosts electronic dance events and themed parties, operating most evenings and weekends.
