Het Musiater is a theatre and concert venue in Zevenaar, a town in the Liemers region of Gelderland. It is run in connection with Liemers Kunstwerk, the local arts organisation whose name appears alongside the venue in its public announcements. The room serves as the main stage for live performance in the area, and its programme leans on a mix of touring acts that suit a seated theatre setting. Tribute shows and cover concerts make up a good share of what plays here. Over the years the stage has hosted The Doors in Concert, which listed a Zevenaar date at Het Musiater as part of its Celebration tour in April 2017. More recent listings point to a Leonard Cohen tribute band, Tonight Will Be Fine, booked for a Friday evening in November 2025, and a Tribute to the Music of Live Aid show announced for a September date. A U2 tribute, The Greatest Hits of U2 by Beyond the Music, has also been advertised under the venue's name. The pattern is a steady run of acts that recreate the catalogues of well known bands and artists for audiences who want to hear those songs played live. The venue is not only about adult rock and pop nights. It also puts on family events, including a Sinterklaas sing along that has been staged here for children and parents around the arrival of the Dutch holiday figure, with hosts named Jordi and Sander leading the singing. That combination of tribute concerts and seasonal community programming gives Het Musiater the feel of a regional theatre that serves its local audience first, while still drawing touring productions from elsewhere in the Netherlands and abroad.
