Willemeen is a multicultural youth center in Arnhem serving visitors aged 14 to 26. The venue features a main hall with capacity for approximately 350 people, a café seating around 100, and additional spaces for workshops and meetings. It organizes concerts, dance evenings, film screenings, and courses, and also houses a screen printing workshop and youth information point.

Willemeen presents Swingersfest, an evening dedicated to heavier music styles featuring five energetic bands. The lineup spans thrash, punk rock, and hardcore, headlined by pioneering US crossover thrash act The Accüsed, supported by DMNG, Novelization, Anklebiters, and Shitman.
