In terms of programming, the venue has leaned toward Dutch language and Dutch pop acts. Maan performed there in October 2018, and Anneke van Giersbergen brought her "Anneke zingt Kate Bush" show to the stage in April 2022, a program drawing on acoustic and alternative rock material. More recently, S10 played Cultuurkoepel in October 2024, shortly after a date at Chassé Theater Breda, indicating the venue sits on genuine touring circuits rather than functioning purely as a local community hall. A chamber performance exploring the music of Kurt Weill, featuring The Hague String Trio, also took place there, pointing to a range that extends beyond pop and rock into more intimate classical and art music programming. For a town of Heiloo's size, Cultuurkoepel carries genuine regional weight. Its former church architecture makes it an unusual setting for a live music night, and the mix of intimate concerts alongside business conferences reflects how smaller Dutch cultural venues often operate, threading cultural programming through a broader events calendar to remain financially viable and accessible to the surrounding North Holland communities.
