About
Also known as: Abbie Morgan, Abigail Kate Morgan, Abigail Prior
A Little Sound, the stage name of Bristol based vocalist Abbie Morgan, has quietly become one of drum and bass's most recognisable voices. Her track "Lakota" with Technimatic, written about meeting her boyfriend at the Bristol club of the same name, has racked up over five million streams, and her 2024 collab with the Sugababes on "Situation" brought her sound to an even wider audience. That track interpolates the Sugababes' own "Overload" and came together after a session with Billen Ted, who started humming the hook almost by accident. She won Best Vocalist at the Drum&BassArena Awards in 2022, then swept both Best Vocalist and Best Female DJ at the Drum & Bass Awards in 2024. A member of Bristol's Born on Road collective, she has lent her vocals to artists including Technimatic, Friction, Rudimental and Annix, while also building out her DJ sets. Her 2025 has been busy too, with singles "Area Code", "Final Breath" alongside Subtronics, and "Override" all dropping in the first half of the year.
