About
AJSO Opleidingsorkesten brings together the training ensembles of Stichting Almeers Jeugd Symfonie Orkest, a youth orchestra organisation based in Almere. Concerts typically feature three groups performing in sequence: the Strijkersklas opens under the baton of Ivan Pieksma, followed by the Orkestklas and the Juniororkest, both led by Daan Welle. The evening wraps up with all ensembles joining forces for a combined finale, giving young musicians a chance to share the stage together. The organisation works in partnership with Kunstlinie.
