About
Alexandra Savior first caught wider attention when Courtney Love stumbled across her YouTube covers in 2012 and immediately declared she was going to be huge. That co sign turned out to be pretty accurate. After relocating to Los Angeles, Savior was signed to Columbia Records and began working with Alex Turner of Arctic Monkeys and James Ford on her debut, Belladonna of Sadness, a record whose smoky, cinematic alternative rock sound felt like nothing else around when it landed in 2017. A track from its sessions, "Miracle Aligner", was cut from the album but ended up on a Last Shadow Puppets record, which says a lot about the caliber of those writing sessions. After Columbia dropped her, Savior landed at Danger Mouse's 30th Century Records, which released her second album The Archer in 2020 to strong critical reception. She then signed to RCA Records in 2024, and her third album Beneath the Lilypad followed in May 2025. Throughout her career she has also directed her own music videos and contributed original paintings to her single artwork, keeping her creative fingerprints on every part of what she puts out.
