About
Also known as: Anna Elisabeth Josiane Moreau, Anna Moreau
French techno producer and DJ Anetha has built a reputation for sets that sit somewhere between raw industrial textures and acid laced dancefloor heat. Based in Paris, she worked her way through the city's most respected clubs before breaking into the European circuit, playing Berghain in Berlin, Bassiani in Tbilisi, and Fuse in Brussels. Her 2017 track Acid Train was sharp enough to land on Mix magazine's list of the twenty best techno tracks of the decade, which is no small thing in a genre that doesn't hand those spots out lightly. Her 2018 Boiler Room set in Amsterdam was singled out by the project itself as one of the best techno sets of the year. Beyond the booth, Anetha launched her own label, Mama Told Ya, in 2019, followed by the collective Mama Loves Ya, which focuses on pushing ecological awareness in the nightlife world. She is putting her energy into both the music and the culture around it.
