Arcadie Trio
Arcadie Trio has one upcoming show in the Netherlands: on November 21, 2026 at Splendor Amsterdam, Amsterdam.
About
Arcadie Trio is a French piano trio made up of three amateur musicians who simply love chamber music. Achille Morin plays violin, Matthieu Provansal cello and Pierre Watrin piano. They got together in Paris about five years before this was written, and they play in concert halls, churches and classical music festivals, Amateurs Virtuoses among them. Their repertoire leans Russian. They have taken on Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky, two piano trio works that were each written in memory of a close friend. Think melancholy melodies and glowing lyricism, played with real commitment by a group that does it for the passion of it.
