About
Audiovision started life in 2003 as a solo project for Christian Liljegren, the voice behind Narnia and Divinefire. Debut album The Calling, produced by Lars Chriss, landed in late 2004 in Europe and Japan and came stacked with guests, including Bruce Kulick of KISS, Jeff Scott Soto, Mic Michaeli of Europe and Mats Levén. In 2009 Liljegren turned it into a proper touring and recording band, with Torbjörn Weinesjö on guitars, Olov Andersson on keys, Simeon Liljegren on bass and Thomas Weinesjö on drums. They played their first shows in Sweden, Norway and Germany, then recorded second album Focus with Erik Mårtensson (W.E.T., Eclipse) at the controls. It came out on Ulterium Records in April 2010, with videos for Invitation, Keep the fire burning and Fruit of love. Early that year they also joined Stryper on the European leg of its 25th anniversary tour.
