About
Back2Purple have been flying the Deep Purple flag in the Netherlands since 2013, building a reputation as the country's go to tribute act for the classic hard rock band. They cover the full catalogue of essentials: Child in Time, Black Night, Smoke on the Water, Hush and plenty more, delivering the kind of raw, high energy rock that makes those songs feel as alive as ever. The five piece lineup features Dirk Pauwels on vocals, Ruud Winkel on guitar, Jaap Wiggers on keys, Wally Kornmann on bass and Christ de Groot on drums. Over the years they have played everything from festival stages to larger indoor venues, consistently bringing the fire and weight that Deep Purple's music demands.
