Bag Raiders are a Sydney electronic duo whose track "Shooting Stars" has led something of a double life. Released in 2009, it quietly charted, then got swept up in a massive internet meme in 2017, with videos of people and animals floating through surreal, spacey landscapes set to the song. The band themselves acknowledged the second wave of fame, and it introduced them to an entirely new audience. Their self titled debut album from 2010 hit number 7 on the ARIA Albums Chart, and their remix of "B.T.T.T.T.R.Y." by K.I.M. landed on the Grand Theft Auto IV soundtrack. Jack Glass and Chris Stracey play keyboards, drums, guitar, violin and piano between them, and produce for other artists too. Their second album, Horizons, arrived in 2019.
