About
Boris Bezemer writes music that pulls from just about everywhere: raw sound itself, carefully notated pieces, improvisation and sounds generated by computer. He tends to start from fairly simple basic materials and build a surprisingly complex sound world out of them. The thread running through his work is a search for balance between structure and chance. Nothing is purely planned, nothing is purely left to luck, and the hypnotic, spell casting quality of his music comes from that tension.
