About
Burak Bulut broke through in a big way when his duet 'Sevmedim Deme' with Kurtuluş Kuş took over Turkish streaming platforms in the summer of 2021, landing the pair squarely in the mainstream Turkish pop scene. The track was such a cultural moment that it was turned into a biographical film of the same name in 2022, with Bulut and Kuş playing themselves on the big screen. Their run of collaborative singles, including 'Nabız', 'Baba Yak', and 'Leyla Mecnun' with Mustafa Ceceli, kept them at the top of the charts and earned them the Best Newcomer award at the prestigious Golden Butterfly Awards. Bulut works in Turkish pop with a strong arabesk influence, and his output has continued to grow with collaborations alongside artists like Ebru Yaşar, Yıldız Tilbe, and Mustafa Ceceli. The EP 'Gözlerin Silah' with Kurtuluş Kuş arrived in 2024, keeping the duo's partnership going strong.
