About
Also known as: Cashis
Born in Chicago and later based in Irvine, California, Ca$his, real name Ramone Johnson, built his reputation as a rapper through his connection with Shady Records. He appeared on Eminem Presents: The Re Up, the Shady Records compilation that put him in front of a wide audience alongside Eminem and the rest of the label's roster. He also featured on Eminem's track "Crack A Bottle" alongside Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. His own debut release came with The County Hound EP in 2007. More recently he has put out the project Ringz, a collection of tracks that shows him still active in the hip hop space.
