Can Ozan, who releases music under the name Canozan, blends acoustic and electronic sounds in a way that feels deeply rooted in Turkish indie music while staying open to broader influences. Based in Istanbul, he has built a catalogue that spans full albums like Delirmiyorsan Tebrikler, Derleme and Dolunay, alongside a string of collaborations with some of the more interesting names in the Turkish scene, including Deniz Tekin, Zeynep Bastık, Nova Norda and Dolu Kadehi Ters Tut. His debut came through a duet with Deniz Tekin called Transatlantik, and he has kept things moving steadily ever since. His 2024 video for Acıtır Gibi Severek shows he is still very much active, continuing to put out emotionally direct music that sits comfortably between singer songwriter intimacy and polished production.
