About
Also known as: Casey Joseph Jones
Casey Veggies got his start as one of the founding members of Odd Future, the LA collective he helped build alongside Tyler, the Creator and Hodgy back in 2007. He stepped away early to chase his own lane, and that independent mindset has defined his whole run. His 2015 debut album Live & Grow came out on Epic Records and the lead single Tied Up featuring Dej Loaf went gold, but he eventually parted ways with the label and put out his second album Organic in 2019 on his own imprint, Peas & Carrots International. His catalogue is stacked with collaborative tapes, including Fresh Veggies with Rockie Fresh and a feature on Earl Sweatshirt's Doris alongside Vince Staples. He also popped up as the sole guest on Wiz Khalifa's Laugh Now, Fly Later. Since 2020 he has kept things moving steadily, dropping Fresh Veggies 2, the fifth Customized Greatly installment CG5, and a pair of EPs in Since Y'all Forgot and Ten Toes Down.
