About
Atlanta rapper Che built his early buzz through TikTok virality, particularly with a remix of Yeat's "Off Tha Lot" and his breakout single "Agenda" in late 2021. He came up through the plugg and rage rap scenes, affiliated with the collective 4ersona alongside Skaiwater and Rich Amiri, before signing to 10K Projects and sharpening his sound into something more ambitious. His debut album Sayso Says arrived in 2024, pulling influence from electronic acts like Crystal Castles and leaning into hyper maximalist, glitchy production. The singles "Miley Cyrus" and "Pizza Time" both caught positive attention from Pitchfork. His follow up, Rest in Bass, landed in 2025 to strong reviews, scoring an 8.3 from Pitchfork, and later got a deluxe edition with 14 new tracks on Christmas Day. His sound sits somewhere between rage rap and experimental electronic territory, loud, dense, and deliberately built to leave no breathing room.
