About
Also known as: D Phoenix, D Phoenix 3900, D Savage 2700, D Savage 2900, D Savage 3900, Dylan McCord
D. Savage, born Dylan McCord in Queens, built his reputation on the SoundCloud scene around 2016 with the track "30 Round Clip", a lo fi cloud rap cut that caught serious attention online. Working under various monikers over the years, including D. Savage 3900 and D Phoenix, he has steadily expanded his reach with a run of singles and projects that lean into hazy, emotionally detached production. His 2018 mixtape D Phoenix brought in some heavy names, with Lil Yachty, Ty Dolla Sign and Yung Bans all showing up. He followed that up with his 2021 album BPL, a project stacked with features from Trippie Redd, Matt Ox and Tony Shhnow, among others, showing he has held onto his underground credibility while pulling in collaborators with serious profiles.
