Darko US is a deathcore duo from the United States, formed in 2020 by Tom Barber and multi instrumentalist Josh "Baby J" Miller, both of whom also play in Chelsea Grin. What sets them apart from the usual deathcore crowd is how freely they pull in djent, electronic, trap, and ambient textures, making their sound feel genuinely unpredictable. Their debut album Darko dropped in 2021, followed by Oni in 2022 and Starfire in 2024, showing a group that moves fast and keeps evolving. Alongside those full lengths, they have built out the Dethmask EP series across multiple installments. For fans who like their metal heavy but with real sonic range, Darko US delivers.
