About
De JoRDanezen is a singing duo made up of Dario and René Rietbergen, who bring a warm, nostalgic Amsterdam feel back to the stage. They play as a four piece, with accordionist Hans Kap and drummer Huub Eikenboom backing the two vocalists, and they sit squarely in the Dutch language scene. The pairing joins two very different careers. Dario has been on the big stages for nearly forty years, while René has spent more than four decades as the go to entertainer at private parties. Together they aim for that old fashioned, familiar feeling, with plenty of humor, a bit of emotion and a whole lot of sing along good cheer. Their shows can also bring in a few fellow musicians as guests.
