About
Swedish rapper Denz put himself on the map in 2014 with the singles Jetski and Måste, cuts that got people paying attention early on. Born Abel Tesfay, he spent the next few years building his catalog through a steady stream of singles and collaborations before dropping his debut album Medan vi lever in 2019, which landed a review in Dagens Nyheter. The album showed he was in it for the long game. He has kept releasing music well into the 2020s, with singles and EPs keeping his name in circulation in the Swedish rap scene.
