About
DJ EZ, born Otis Roberts, is a British house DJ who helped shape the UK garage scene from the ground up. Coming out of Tottenham in North London, he built his reputation on pirate radio before landing a long running residency on Kiss 100, where shows like "Saturday Satisfaction" and "The Hour of Power" became fixtures for garage and house fans. His Pure Garage compilation series on Warner became the definitive document of that scene, and his remix of the B 15 Project track "Feels So Good" remains one of his best known productions. He picked up back to back Best DJ wins at the UK Garage Awards in 2000 and 2002, and his name became inseparable from landmark nights like Twice As Nice and Garage Nation. After 14 years on Kiss, he launched Nuvolve Radio, a syndicated show that reached over 30 countries. He also pulled off a 24 hour charity set for Cancer Research UK in 2016, streamed live on Boiler Room.
