Emblem3 got their start covering songs on The X Factor in 2012, where they made it all the way to the semi finals before Simon Cowell's own label snapped them up. Their debut album Nothing to Lose dropped in 2013 and featured the single "Chloe (You're the One I Want)", which cracked the Billboard Hot 100. The Huntington Beach trio blends rap and rock, and they spent the early part of their career opening for Selena Gomez on her Stars Dance Tour before headlining their own runs. The band's history has been anything but smooth sailing. Drew Chadwick left twice to go solo, the group went on hiatus more than once, and they still managed to keep releasing music across EPs and singles through the 2010s and into the 2020s. Their 2023 release Songs from the Couch, Vol. 2 revisited the spirit of their 2014 independent EP. As of early 2025, Jack Mudd has stepped in as a member following Chadwick's latest departure, and the group pushes forward.
