Sopraan Erika Baikoff brings an intensely lyrical and expressive voice to the classical repertoire, with a particular affinity for the charged emotional worlds of composers like Schumann, Barber and Rachmaninoff. Her programming tends to circle around themes of love, loss and longing, and her interpretations are known for their storytelling quality. In 2025 she was selected as a BBC New Generation Artist, a recognition that places her among the most promising emerging classical singers working today. She frequently performs alongside pianist Roman Borisov, whose colourful and free approach to the keyboard makes for a well matched partnership.
