About
EYE WITH AN EYE is the project of Bloom de Wilde and Nick Trepka, two singers, songwriters and producers working in close creative dialogue with each other. Their sound pulls in a lot of directions at once: colourful synth textures, heavy bass, and elements of Javanese gamelan woven into something that resists easy categorisation. Hypnotic and quietly strange are fair descriptions. The duo treat their music as a conversation rather than a statement, and that back and forth between two distinct voices gives their work an unusual depth and texture.
