George FitzGerald spent his formative years behind the counter at London's Black Market Records before relocating to Berlin in 2010 and starting to put out his own music. His early releases on Hotflush, Aus Music, and Hypercolour quickly established him as a serious voice in UK house and techno, and a deal with Double Six Recordings followed in 2013. His debut album Fading Love arrived in 2015, featuring vocalists Lawrence Hart and Boxed In, and showed a talent for weaving emotional depth into electronic music. Since then he has signed to Domino and released two more albums, All That Must Be in 2018 and Stellar Drifting in 2022. He also runs a side project called OtherLiine with producer Lil Silva, releasing an album through Ministry of Sound in 2020. His work with Bonobo and Lil Silva on various tracks points to a consistent instinct for finding the right collaborators to bring his sound to life.
