About
Graphic Nature, a Kent based nu metalcore band, built their sound by leaning hard into the nu metal they grew up loving, blending heavy riffs and electronics with a metalcore edge. Influences range from Korn and Deftones to Aphex Twin and film soundtracks, and vocalist Harvey Freeman grounds the lyrics firmly in his own mental health experiences, covering anxiety, depression, loneliness and neurodivergence. Their debut album A Mind Waiting to Die landed in early 2023 to mixed to positive reviews and ended up on both Kerrang! and Rock Sound's best of year lists, with festival slots at Download and Reading & Leeds following shortly after. Their second album, Who Are You When No One is Watching?, came out in July 2024, partly shaped by Freeman's experience of dealing with PTSD. In 2026, the band signed to Century Media Records.
