About
Grootkoor Amsterdam brings together choir members from Amsterdam and the surrounding region under the direction of Etty van der Mei and Nan van Groeningen. The ensemble performs a varied repertoire that mixes well known choral works with seasonal favourites, and regularly collaborates with guest musicians to broaden its sound. Past performances have featured panflute player Carina Petersen, whose warm tone blends naturally with the choir's voices, alongside pianist Andy Booth and organist Martin Mans.
