About
Also known as: Gwenllian Anthony
Gwen is one of the lead vocalists and lead rappers of Bini, the Filipino girl group that debuted in 2021 with "Born to Win". Before that, she got noticed as a teen model in Albay, finishing first runner up at the Mr. and Ms. Teen Pacific Heartthrob pageant in 2019, and that same year she popped up on Pinoy Big Brother: Otso. After the show she was recruited into ABS CBN's Star Hunt Academy and trained as a P pop idol. Outside the group, she sang "Here With You" with bandmate Maloi for the soundtrack of the series What's Wrong with Secretary Kim. She has also built a real following for her makeup skills. Her "Salamin, Salamin" trend took off on TikTok in 2024, and her Pennywise look drew plenty of attention. Her bob cut is practically a trademark, and she once went viral for saying she likes her turon without sugar.
