Dutch DJ and producer Headhunterz, born Willem Rebergen, has been one of hardstyle's most recognisable names since he signed to Scantraxx in 2005. His early track "The Power of the Mind", made as the official anthem for the Qlimax event in 2007, set the tone for a career built around massive festival moments. He has performed at Defqon.1, Tomorrowland, Electric Daisy Carnival and many of the genre's biggest stages, while releasing music on his own imprints Scantraxx Reloaded and later HARD with STYLE. Around 2013 he signed with Ultra Music and broadened his sound beyond classic hardstyle, before eventually making a well publicised return to his roots at the closing ceremony of Defqon.1 Weekend Festival in 2017. In 2018 he and longtime collaborator Wildstylez launched the label Art of Creation together. Outside the booth he also works as a voice actor, lending his voice to dubbing work for films and TV series. He goes by Heady to those who know him well.
