About
Highguest is carving out a solid spot in the new wave of Dutch hip hop, with a style that pulls from several corners of the genre rather than settling into one lane. He has worked alongside established names in the Dutch scene including Bokoesam and Chivv, and took part in the GEM Z writers camp. His album M.A.L.I.K shows off that range well, with tracks like Alo, My Type, Foreign Pak and No Lie each landing in a different sonic pocket while still feeling cohesive. Between the collaborations and his solo output, Highguest is building a body of work that marks him as one of the more versatile voices coming out of the Netherlands right now.
