About
Jacco Wynia is a neoclassical composer, pianist and musician whose work reaches well beyond piano music into experimental world music and spiritual territory. His live shows are known for taking unexpected turns: he weaves audience input into improvisations, so every performance ends up being a one off experience that can't be repeated. In 2023 he launched the Elements series, a project that gives him room to experiment with new ways of composing, improvising and, as he puts it, painting with sound. He collaborates with other musicians on the series, which has already produced the albums Fire and Water, with Earth following as the next chapter.
