Jack Harlow put Louisville on the rap map in a serious way when 'Whats Poppin' exploded in 2020, riding a TikTok wave all the way to number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and earning a diamond certification from the RIAA. The remix, stacked with DaBaby, Tory Lanez, and Lil Wayne, only added fuel, and a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Performance followed. His debut album Thats What They All Say went double platinum, landing him on XXL's Freshman Class list that same year. Harlow kept the momentum going with back to back top ten Billboard 200 entries. Come Home the Kids Miss You in 2022 spawned 'First Class', his first number one on the Hot 100, while the 2023 follow up Jackman showed a more stripped back side. He also racked up number ones via features, appearing on Lil Nas X's 'Industry Baby' and Jungkook's '3D', before his own 'Lovin On Me' gave him a third chart topper. On top of all that, he stepped into acting with the 2023 remake of White Men Can't Jump.
