Jax Jones, the London born DJ and producer whose real name is Timucin Fabian Kwong Wah Aluo, landed his first major moment in 2014 when he co wrote and featured on Duke Dumont's chart topping UK single "I Got U". That collaboration sparked a genuine love of house music, and he ran with it hard. "You Don't Know Me" with Raye followed in 2016, built around a sample of a Booka Shade bassline, and climbed to number three in the UK while cracking the top five across Germany, Ireland, Belgium and Norway. Since then Jones has kept a busy run of collaborations going, working with Demi Lovato, Stefflon Don, Charli XCX, Saweetie and Joel Corry along the way. His debut album Snacks (Supersize) landed in 2019, and he launched his own label WUGD in partnership with Polydor Records in 2021. "Where Did You Go?" with MNEK became his eighth UK top ten hit, and he performed at the Platinum Party at the Palace in 2022.
