About
Julie Huard makes modern pop with the sound and swagger of a big Hollywood show. Her own songs lean on punchy brass, solid pop grooves and touches of jazz, film music and variety, and they're written with the stage in mind. Her database tag is electro swing, but the mix is wider than that label suggests. She started out online, where her live videos have clocked millions of views. Camila Cabello picked her version of Don't Go Yet to feature in Glamour US. In New York she regularly plays Birdland, the well known jazz club, and she signed with the American Starstruck Management, writing in Los Angeles with established producers and songwriters. Back home in the Netherlands she turns up often on national television and fills theaters with her own shows, including the Koninklijk Theater Tuschinski.
