Kidwild (GB)

About

Keaton Edmund, known as Kidwild, came up through a pretty unexpected route: he was a child actor with West End stage credits and a role in the CBBC drama Jamie Johnson before pivoting to music during the pandemic. That pivot paid off fast. He signed with Atlantic Records at just 17, and while that deal has since ended, he has kept building his career independently. His sound sits firmly in UK drill but leans into introspective, emotionally honest territory, with lyrics that deal in personal struggle, ambition and vulnerability rather than pure street posturing. Lately he has been putting out a steady stream of videos, including collaborations like "Redemption" with Nemzzz and the recent "Has To Be You 2".
