About
KinKobra plays alternative rock with a raw, emotionally charged intensity that sits somewhere between Placebo, Bush, Foo Fighters, Creed and Soundgarden. The band, from Gorinchem in the Netherlands, delivers sets that swing between heavy, driving tracks and powerful ballads, always with a no nonsense energy that tends to stick with people long after the show is over. They have shared stages with acts including Triggerfinger, Kensington, Intwine, Anneke van Giersbergen, Anathema and Royal Republic, and have played venues such as Melkweg, Oosterpoort, 013 and Patronaat. Festival appearances include Sziget. Ruben Block of Triggerfinger has said that the band puts every inch of their heart and soul into their music, which tracks with what anyone who has caught them live tends to report back.
